The project site lies in the Southern Gheiran region and consists of four main components: execution four building (hotel suite system); 12 investment buildings project; 82 residential houses (villas) project; commercial administrative center project; social club project; kindergarten and service building project. The Contract was signed with the Italian Screteco Real Estate Company and is being executed after completing architectural, structural and shop drawings for the project components. Works is in process in the infrastructure of the site.
